1b. Damaged items and refunds/replacements will be first assessed on an individual basis after determining the cause of the damage.
2. Tas Food Books cannot be held responsible for the delivery of mail sent by regular mail through Australia Post. However a tracking number will be supplied on request.
2a. Once the item has been posted and the tracking number supplied the customer is responsible for the item and its delivery by Australia Post.
2b. To further ensure/guarantee the item’s delivery the customer must request the item be sent by registered mail for which there will be an additional charge.
